Seung Nyoung Baek is a PhD student of MIS at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton. He has a B.A in German from the Korea Military Academy (Seoul) and an MBA in from Korea University (Seoul). Seung Nyoung is doing research on leadership in virtual teams, computer-mediated communication and learning, collaboration in virtual worlds, and leadership & complexity in network-centric warfare.
