The LeadingVirtually.com team has launched a new section on “Virtual Team Tools”  that features various useful tools that can help you lead your virtual team effectively. Our research-based virtual team tools have been used successfully by a large number of distributed teams and have proved to be invaluable in smooth virtual team operations. The two virtual team tools currently available are Team Compact and After Action Review. We have referred to these tools in our past posts (see posts referring to team compact, posts referring to after action review). You can use the procedures and tips that we provide to help your team develop a team compact and conduct after action reviews. Increase your team’s productivity and strengthen the bonds between distributed team members with these tools. We will make more tools available as we create them!
